Patricia HayFAZACKERLEYSadly, passed away peacefully on Thursday 25th December 2025 at Plasgwyn Nursing Home, Pentrefelin, Criccieth. Formerly of Garth, Sychdyn, Mold aged 100 years.
"Pat" as she was addressed by all who knew her, was the beloved wife of Ron, a dear mother of Christine and Maureen, a much loved mother-in-law and cherished by all her five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Thursday 22nd January 2026 at 11:45am, and afterwards everyone is welcome to join the family at Mynydd Ednyfed, Criccieth for refreshments.
Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Pat will be gratefully received towards the Alzheimer's Society UK, or per the Funeral Directors
